Who We Are & What We Do

AYS has been inside Indiana schools since 1980, the first organization to bring out of school time care into the building, not just near it. Almost 50 years later, we're still there, serving preschool through eighth grade across more than 35 schools in central Indiana.

Every day, we make sure that when a child walks through the door, someone is genuinely glad to see them. There's a warm welcome, a snack, homework help, and real programming in art, STEM, and athletics. It's what coming home should feel like. And it needs to be available to every family, regardless of what they can afford.

That's what we've been showing up to do for almost 50 years. And we're not done. Your donation makes sure of that.
