What experience do you have working with children?

I was a preschool teacher and nanny to multiple families while earning my degree in English Literature. I began working for AYS in 2004.

What are some fun facts about you, or favorite things you like to do?

I have a passion for learning about people and cultures through my travels. A few of my most memorable places that I have been to are Scotland, Ireland, Greece, Ireland, Nicaragua, and Africa. I enjoy reading and artwork, I ran cross country and track in high school as well as in college, and I have a love for animals. I also began my current pet sitting business in 2003!

Why do you like working with kids?

I find happiness through educating children by influencing them with music, artwork, cultures, and history.
