2013-2014 SCHOOL YEAR REGISTRATION

To register your child in an AYS program during the school year, please follow the steps below to download our Registration Packet and other forms as needed.

Step 1 - Select the school your child will be attending this fall to download the appropriate registration packet.

DECATUR TOWNSHIP SCHOOLS

Noblesville Note: Full day kindergarten students will attend the school age program unless a special arrangement is requested by the parent and approved by AYS. In this case, early childhoood rates will apply.

Step 4 -The Pre-paid Pass is designed for families needing AYS program services occasionally. To purchase the pass, please complete this form. A registration fee is still required. Refer to your program brochure (Step 1) for fee details.
